PRADO document references for Uganda
The Council of the EU publishes 6 reference document entries under the Uganda issuer heading. Depending on the actual specimen and whether it has a recognisable photo, potentially relevant categories include the issuer-specific photographic documents actually displayed in PRADO. PRADO is an identification reference, not an automatic clearance or blanket eligibility list.
Different editions and issuing bodies can look alike. Confirm the document number, photo, design and security features with the specific PRADO record. An old, cancelled or replaced document can fail even if an earlier design appears in the database.
What you need for a person-led check
Companies House Option 2 requires two photographic Group A documents, or a Group A document together with a permitted Group B supporting document. Applicants living outside the UK need at least one government-issued document. Different rules apply to technology-led Option 1 and to the limited expiry exceptions.
