We built the firm through long-term work across multiple markets and roles. As a result, our approach reflects environments where decision-making, risk assessment, and responsibility are clearly defined and never assumed.

Background and Perspective

Ginkgo Advisory draws on more than fifteen years of experience across international banks, brokerages, law firms, and multinational organisations. This work focused primarily on institutional investors and professional counterparties.

In these settings, professionals price risk explicitly and allocate responsibility clearly. Therefore, decisions rely on structure, downside exposure, and long-term consequence rather than short-term outcome.

As our work expanded to cross-border matters involving individuals, families, and privately held assets in the UK and Europe, several recurring issues became clear. In many cases, advisers explained procedures without addressing risk. In others, institutional parties and individuals operated under different assumptions. As a result, responsibility often remained unclear when decisions failed to hold over time.

We provide document legalisation and embassy attestation services across the UK and Europe. These services include multi-jurisdictional and time-sensitive matters.

We deliver this work in collaboration with a UK-practising solicitor regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) and registered with the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO). We manage execution and process oversight directly. Therefore, each document meets legal requirements, follows correct procedure, and remains suitable for submission to the relevant authorities.

This practice represents our most operationally established service area.

2. Institutional Market Advisory

We provide independent market analysis and advisory support to institutional and professional clients.

Our work is non-FCA regulated and does not include transaction execution, product distribution, or investment promotion. Instead, we focus on structured research, thematic analysis, cross-market assessment, and decision-support frameworks. These services support internal evaluation and planning.

We undertake engagements selectively. As a result, we maintain analytical rigour, clear scope, and accountable delivery.
