As a result, a Saudi authority may ask for stronger proof.

What Is Enhanced Solicitor Certification?

Enhanced solicitor certification goes beyond basic true-copy wording.

First, our solicitor checks the document through a reliable source. That source may include a university, Companies House, a court record or an official online system.

Next, we prepare stronger wording, such as:

“I further certify that I have verified the authenticity of this document with the issuing institution.”

Therefore, the Saudi recipient receives both a certified copy and confirmation of the source check.

Does Saudi Arabia Accept Apostilled UK Documents?

Yes. The Hague Apostille Convention has applied to Saudi Arabia since 7 December 2022.

Saudi banking rules also confirm that foreign documents with a valid apostille do not need extra approval from the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the relevant embassy.

Saudi banks can check the apostille through its QR code, contact details or an official verification system.
