Getting married in Seychelles after a previous UK marriage?
You may need to show that your earlier marriage legally ended before the Seychelles Civil Status Office can process your marriage paperwork.
For a previous divorce in England and Wales, the key document is usually a Decree Absolute or Final Order.
For Seychelles, the document should be prepared before the wedding file reaches the Civil Status Office:

1. Why Seychelles May Ask for an Apostilled UK Divorce Document

Both documents prove that the previous marriage or civil partnership has legally ended.
