如果 NatWest Bank（或 NatWest International）要求你提供“certified copies（认证复印件）”，避免被退回的最快方法是同时匹配三件事：
- who certified it
- what they wrote on the copy
- how you sent it (email vs post)

认证说明里必须包含什么
NatWest 表示认证人需要提供：
- 全名
- business name
- business address
- business contact number

通过邮件发送文件（NatWest 的要求）
NatWest 的指引包括：
- 你发送的照片必须为彩色且清晰可读
- 照片中必须完整拍到整份文件
- 可接受的文件类型包括 PDF、JPEG/JPG、BMP、DOC/DOCX、GIF、PNG、TIF
- 不要发送任何压缩文件
他们也提供了用于提交文件的专用邮箱地址，并注明该邮箱为 no-reply（无法回复）。
实用建议：每份文件单独做成一个文件，并用清晰的文件名命名（例如 Passport-PhotoPage.pdf、CouncilTax-2025-11.pdf）。
