\u662f\u5e38\u9a7b\u4f26\u6566\u7684\u6267\u4e1a\u5f8b\u5e08\uff0c\u83b7\u82f1\u683c\u5170\u53ca\u5a01\u5c14\u58eb\u5f8b\u5e08\u8d44\u683c\u5e76\u53d7\u82f1\u56fd\u5f8b\u5e08\u76d1\u7ba1\u5c40\uff08SRA\uff09\u76d1\u7ba1\uff1b\u5df2\u5728\u82f1\u56fd\u5916\u4ea4\u3001\u8054\u90a6\u53ca\u53d1\u5c55\u4e8b\u52a1\u90e8\uff08FCDO\uff09\u5907\u6848\uff0c\u5e76\u62e5\u6709\u9999\u6e2f\u5f8b\u5e08\u8d44\u683c\uff08\u975e\u6267\u4e1a\uff09\u3002Kwok \u66fe\u5728\u591a\u5bb6\u77e5\u540d\u5f8b\u6240\u4e0e\u4f01\u4e1a\u62c5\u4efb\u6cd5\u5f8b\u987e\u95ee\u53ca\u516c\u53f8\u6cd5\u52a1\u5f8b\u5e08\u3002\u4ed6\u4eb2\u81ea\u628a\u5173\u94f6\u674f\u987e\u95ee\u7684\u6bcf\u4e00\u5b97\u6d77\u7259\u8ba4\u8bc1\u4e0e\u6587\u4ef6\u5408\u6cd5\u5316\u6848\u4ef6\uff0c\u786e\u4fdd\u6d41\u7a0b\u4e00\u81f4\u3001\u51c6\u786e\uff0c\u5e76\u5b9e\u73b0\u7aef\u5230\u7aef\u7684\u8d28\u91cf\u63a7\u5236\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-superbfont-xxsmall-font-size translation-block\"><strong>Kwok Lam<br><\/strong>\u94f6\u674f\u987e\u95ee \u6cd5\u5f8b\u987e\u95ee<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">\u5f53\u82f1\u5c5e\u7ef4\u5c14\u4eac\u7fa4\u5c9b\uff08BVI\uff09\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u6587\u4ef6\u9700\u8981\u5728\u6d77\u5916\u7528\u4e8e\u94f6\u884c\u5f00\u6237\u3001\u6295\u8d44\u3001\u516c\u53f8\u67b6\u6784\u642d\u5efa\u6216\u76d1\u7ba1\u7533\u62a5\u65f6\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u5fc5\u987b\u529e\u7406 BVI \u6d77\u7259\u8ba4\u8bc1\uff08Apostille\uff09\u3002\u5982\u679c\u672a\u5b8c\u6210\u6b63\u786e\u7684\u6d77\u7259\u8ba4\u8bc1\u6216\u9886\u4e8b\u8ba4\u8bc1\uff0c\u6d77\u5916\u673a\u6784\u5c06\u4e0d\u4f1a\u63a5\u53d7\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6587\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">\u8fd1\u5e74\u6765\uff0cBVI \u5df2\u5c06\u6d77\u7259\u8ba4\u8bc1\u670d\u52a1\u96c6\u4e2d\u81f3\u526f\u603b\u7763\u529e\u516c\u5ba4\uff08Office of the Deputy Governor\uff09\uff0c\u4e3a\u56fd\u9645\u4f7f\u7528\u5efa\u7acb\u4e86\u66f4\u6e05\u6670\u3001\u66f4\u4e00\u81f4\u7684\u6d41\u7a0b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u672c\u6307\u5357\u5c06\u8bf4\u660e\uff1a\u54ea\u4e9b BVI \u516c\u53f8\u6587\u4ef6\u901a\u5e38\u9700\u8981\u6d77\u7259\u8ba4\u8bc1\u3001BVI \u6d77\u7259\u8ba4\u8bc1\u7684\u5177\u4f53\u6d41\u7a0b\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u6d77\u7259\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u4e0e\u975e\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u4e4b\u95f4\u5728\u5408\u6cd5\u5316\u8981\u6c42\u4e0a\u7684\u5dee\u5f02\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u5e38\u89c1\u9700\u8981\u529e\u7406\u6d77\u7259\u8ba4\u8bc1\u7684 BVI \u516c\u53f8\u6587\u4ef6<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728\u5b9e\u9645\u64cd\u4f5c\u4e2d\uff0c\u6d77\u5916\u94f6\u884c\u53ca\u76f8\u5173\u673a\u6784\u6700\u5e38\u8981\u6c42\u4ee5\u4e0b BVI \u516c\u53f8\u6587\u4ef6\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u516c\u53f8\u6ce8\u518c\u8bc1\u4e66\uff08Certificate of Incorporation\uff09<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u516c\u53f8\u5b58\u7eed\u8bc1\u660e\uff08Certificate of Good Standing\uff09<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u516c\u53f8\u7ae0\u7a0b\uff08Memorandum &amp; Articles of Association\uff09<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u8463\u4e8b\u540d\u518c\uff08Register of Directors\uff09<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u80a1\u4e1c\u540d\u518c\uff08Register of Members \/ Shareholders\uff09<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u4efb\u804c\u8bc1\u660e\uff08Incumbency Certificate\uff09<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u8463\u4e8b\u4f1a\u51b3\u8bae\uff08Board Resolutions\uff09<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u80a1\u7968\u8bc1\u4e66\uff08Share Certificates\uff09<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u7531 BVI \u516c\u53f8\u51fa\u5177\u7684\u6388\u6743\u4e66\uff08Power of Attorney\uff09<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6587\u4ef6\u901a\u5e38\u7528\u4e8e\u94f6\u884c\u5f00\u6237\u3001\u6d77\u5916\u8bbe\u7acb\u516c\u53f8\u3001\u6295\u8d44\u5ba1\u6279\u3001\u5408\u89c4\u5ba1\u67e5\u53ca\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7a0b\u5e8f\u7b49\u7528\u9014\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u526f\u603b\u7763\u529e\u516c\u5ba4\u7edf\u4e00\u7ba1\u7406\u7684 BVI \u6d77\u7259\u8ba4\u8bc1\u670d\u52a1<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">\u76ee\u524d\uff0cBVI \u7684\u6d77\u7259\u8ba4\u8bc1\u670d\u52a1\u5df2\u7edf\u4e00\u7531\u82f1\u5c5e\u7ef4\u5c14\u4eac\u7fa4\u5c9b\u526f\u603b\u7763\u529e\u516c\u5ba4\u8d1f\u8d23\uff0c\u8be5\u673a\u6784\u662f\u300a\u6d77\u7259\u8ba4\u8bc1\u516c\u7ea6\u300b\u4e0b\u7684\u5b98\u65b9\u4e3b\u7ba1\u673a\u5173\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u56e0\u6b64\uff0cBVI \u51fa\u5177\u7684\u6d77\u7259\u8ba4\u8bc1\u5982\u4eca\u5747\u6765\u81ea\u5355\u4e00\u3001\u88ab\u56fd\u9645\u8ba4\u53ef\u7684\u6743\u5a01\u673a\u6784\u3002\u8fd9\u4e00\u8c03\u6574\u6709\u6548\u51cf\u5c11\u4e86\u6df7\u4e71\uff0c\u63d0\u5347\u4e86\u4e00\u81f4\u6027\uff0c\u4e5f\u63d0\u9ad8\u4e86\u6d77\u5916\u94f6\u884c\u548c\u76d1\u7ba1\u673a\u6784\u7684\u63a5\u53d7\u5ea6\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">\u9700\u8981\u6ce8\u610f\u7684\u662f\uff1a\u90e8\u5206\u6587\u4ef6\u4ecd\u9700\u5148\u7531 BVI \u516c\u8bc1\u4eba\u8ba4\u8bc1\uff0c\u6216\u4f7f\u7528\u5b98\u65b9\u6ce8\u518c\u673a\u6784\u51fa\u5177\u7684\u539f\u4ef6\uff1b\u4f46\u6700\u7ec8\u7684\u6d77\u7259\u8ba4\u8bc1\uff0c\u5747\u7531\u526f\u603b\u7763\u529e\u516c\u5ba4\u7b7e\u53d1\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">BVI \u6587\u4ef6\u7528\u4e8e\u6d77\u5916\u7684\u4e24\u79cd\u8ba4\u8bc1\u8def\u5f84<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6b63\u786e\u7684 BVI \u6d77\u7259\u8ba4\u8bc1\u6216\u5408\u6cd5\u5316\u8def\u5f84\uff0c\u53d6\u51b3\u4e8e\u6587\u4ef6\u4f7f\u7528\u76ee\u7684\u56fd\u662f\u5426\u4e3a\u300a\u6d77\u7259\u8ba4\u8bc1\u516c\u7ea6\u300b\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"translation-block\">\u9002\u7528\u56fd\u5bb6\u793a\u4f8b\uff1a\u4e2d\u56fd\u3001\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u3001\u97e9\u56fd\u3001\u65e5\u672c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">\u5bf9\u4e8e\u6d77\u7259\u516c\u7ea6\u6210\u5458\u56fd\uff0c\u6d41\u7a0b\u5728\u5b8c\u6210 BVI \u6d77\u7259\u8ba4\u8bc1\u540e\u5373\u544a\u7ed3\u675f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u5178\u578b\u6d41\u7a0b\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li \u6d77\u7259\u8ba4\u8bc1<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">\u5b8c\u6210\u540e\uff0c\u6587\u4ef6\u5373\u53ef\u76f4\u63a5\u5728\u6d77\u5916\u4f7f\u7528\u3002 \u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u4e0d\u9700\u8981\u82f1\u56fd\u6d77\u7259\u8ba4\u8bc1\uff08UK
