\u662f\u5e38\u9a7b\u4f26\u6566\u7684\u6267\u4e1a\u5f8b\u5e08\uff0c\u83b7\u82f1\u683c\u5170\u53ca\u5a01\u5c14\u58eb\u5f8b\u5e08\u8d44\u683c\u5e76\u53d7\u82f1\u56fd\u5f8b\u5e08\u76d1\u7ba1\u5c40\uff08SRA\uff09\u76d1\u7ba1\uff1b\u5df2\u5728\u82f1\u56fd\u5916\u4ea4\u3001\u8054\u90a6\u53ca\u53d1\u5c55\u4e8b\u52a1\u90e8\uff08FCDO\uff09\u5907\u6848\uff0c\u5e76\u62e5\u6709\u9999\u6e2f\u5f8b\u5e08\u8d44\u683c\uff08\u975e\u6267\u4e1a\uff09\u3002Kwok \u66fe\u5728\u591a\u5bb6\u77e5\u540d\u5f8b\u6240\u4e0e\u4f01\u4e1a\u62c5\u4efb\u6cd5\u5f8b\u987e\u95ee\u53ca\u516c\u53f8\u6cd5\u52a1\u5f8b\u5e08\u3002\u4ed6\u4eb2\u81ea\u628a\u5173\u94f6\u674f\u987e\u95ee\u7684\u6bcf\u4e00\u5b97\u6d77\u7259\u8ba4\u8bc1\u4e0e\u6587\u4ef6\u5408\u6cd5\u5316\u6848\u4ef6\uff0c\u786e\u4fdd\u6d41\u7a0b\u4e00\u81f4\u3001\u51c6\u786e\uff0c\u5e76\u5b9e\u73b0\u7aef\u5230\u7aef\u7684\u8d28\u91cf\u63a7\u5236\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-superbfont-xxsmall-font-size translation-block\"><strong>Kwok Lam<br><\/strong>\u94f6\u674f\u987e\u95ee \u6cd5\u5f8b\u987e\u95ee<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">\u8ba1\u5212\u5728\u6cf0\u56fd\u4efb\u6559\u6216\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u82f1\u56fd\u516c\u6c11\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u5728\u6cf0\u56fd\u6559\u82f1\u8bed\uff09\uff0c\u5fc5\u987b\u9075\u5b88\u6cf0\u56fd\u7684\u79fb\u6c11\u4e0e\u7528\u5de5\u6cd5\u5f8b\u3002\u8fd9\u9700\u8981\u4e24\u4e2a\u5f7c\u6b64\u72ec\u7acb\u7684\u6279\u51c6\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">\u7528\u4e8e\u5408\u6cd5\u5165\u5883\u4e0e\u505c\u7559\u7684\u6cf0\u56fd Non-Immigrant \u201cB\u201d \u7b7e\u8bc1\uff08Non-B \u7b7e\u8bc1\uff09\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">\u5165\u5883\u540e\u7b7e\u53d1\u3001\u7528\u4e8e\u6388\u6743\u5c31\u4e1a\u7684\u6cf0\u56fd\u5de5\u4f5c\u8bb8\u53ef\uff08Work Permit\uff09\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">\u4ec5\u6301\u5176\u4e2d\u4e4b\u4e00\u5e76\u4e0d\u5145\u5206\u3002\n\u4ee5\u65c5\u6e38\u7b7e\u3001\u514d\u7b7e\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u975e\u5de5\u4f5c\u8eab\u4efd\u5728\u6cf0\u56fd\u6559\u82f1\u8bed\u5c5e\u8fdd\u6cd5\u884c\u4e3a\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u5bfc\u81f4\u7b7e\u8bc1\u88ab\u53d6\u6d88\u3001\u7f5a\u6b3e\u6216\u88ab\u9063\u8fd4\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">\u672c\u6307\u5357\u9762\u5411\u82f1\u56fd\u516c\u6c11\uff0c\u91cd\u70b9\u89e3\u91ca\u82f1\u56fd\u6587\u4ef6\u51c6\u5907\u6d41\u7a0b\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5f8b\u5e08\u8ba4\u8bc1\uff08solicitor certification\uff09\u3001\u516c\u8bc1\uff08notarisation\uff09\u3001FCDO \u6d77\u7259\u8ba4\u8bc1\uff08apostille\uff09\u4ee5\u53ca\u6cf0\u56fd\u4f7f\u9986\u8ba4\u8bc1\uff08Thailand Embassy legalisation\uff09\u3002\u76f8\u5173\u8981\u6c42\u4f9d\u636e\u4f26\u6566\u6cf0\u56fd\u7687\u5bb6\u5927\u4f7f\u9986\u53ca\u6cf0\u56fd\u4e3b\u7ba1\u90e8\u95e8\u53d1\u5e03\u7684\u6307\u5f15\u6574\u7406\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u82f1\u56fd\u516c\u6c11\u9700\u8981\u7b7e\u8bc1\u624d\u80fd\u5728\u6cf0\u56fd\u6559\u82f1\u8bed\u5417\uff1f<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">\u9700\u8981\u3002\n\u82f1\u56fd\u516c\u6c11\u5728\u5165\u5883\u6cf0\u56fd\u4ece\u4e8b\u4efb\u4f55\u5c31\u4e1a\u6d3b\u52a8\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u6559\u82f1\u8bed\uff09\u524d\uff0c\u5fc5\u987b\u53d6\u5f97Non-Immigrant B \u7b7e\u8bc1\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u65e0\u8bba\u662f\u65c5\u6e38\u7b7e\u8fd8\u662f\u514d\u7b7e\u5165\u5883\uff0c\u5747\u4e0d\u5141\u8bb8\u4ece\u4e8b\u6559\u5b66\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u662f\u77ed\u671f\u3001\u5fd7\u613f\u6216\u517c\u804c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u7b7e\u8bc1 vs \u5de5\u4f5c\u8bb8\u53ef\uff1a\u5f88\u591a\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u5ffd\u7565\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u533a\u5206<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6cf0\u56fd\u5c06\u5165\u5883\u8bb8\u53ef\u4e0e\u5c31\u4e1a\u8bb8\u53ef\u4e25\u683c\u533a\u5206\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Non-Immigrant B\uff08Non-B\uff09\u7b7e\u8bc1\uff1a\n\u7531\u6cf0\u56fd\u9a7b\u5883\u5916\u4f7f\u9886\u9986\u7b7e\u53d1\u3002\n\u7528\u4e8e\u4e0e\u5de5\u4f5c\u76f8\u5173\u76ee\u7684\u7684\u5165\u5883\u4e0e\u4e34\u65f6\u505c\u7559\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">\u5de5\u4f5c\u8bb8\u53ef\uff08Work Permit\uff09\uff1a\n\u7531\u6cf0\u56fd\u52b3\u5de5\u90e8\u5728\u5883\u5185\u7b7e\u53d1\u3002\n\u6388\u6743\u5728\u7279\u5b9a\u96c7\u4e3b\u3001\u5c97\u4f4d\u4e0e\u5730\u70b9\u4ece\u4e8b\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">\u4e8c\u8005\u7f3a\u4e00\u4e0d\u53ef\u3002\n\u4ec5\u6709\u7b7e\u8bc1\u5e76\u4e0d\u7b49\u540c\u4e8e\u83b7\u51c6\u6559\u5b66\u6216\u5c31\u4e1a\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u4ec0\u4e48\u662f\u6cf0\u56fd Non-Immigrant B \u7b7e\u8bc1\uff1f<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">\u6839\u636e\u4f26\u6566\u6cf0\u56fd\u7687\u5bb6\u5927\u4f7f\u9986\u8bf4\u660e\uff0cNon-Immigrant B \u7b7e\u8bc1\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u5e0c\u671b\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u4ece\u4e8b\u5546\u4e1a\u6d3b\u52a8\uff0c<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u5728\u6cf0\u56fd\u4efb\u6559\u6216\u6559\u82f1\u8bed\uff0c<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u62c5\u4efb\u5b66\u672f\u4eba\u5458\u6216\u4f53\u80b2\u6559\u7ec3\uff0c<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u8fdb\u884c\u5b9e\u4e60\uff0c<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u4f5c\u4e3a\u8bb0\u8005\u3001\u901a\u8baf\u5458\u6216\u5f71\u89c6\u5236\u4f5c\u4eba\u5458\u77ed\u671f\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u5916\u56fd\u4eba\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">\u5bf9\u82f1\u56fd\u516c\u6c11\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u5728\u6cf0\u56fd\u6559\u5b66\u4e0e\u5c31\u4e1a\u7684\u6807\u51c6\u7b7e\u8bc1\u7c7b\u522b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u5728\u6cf0\u56fd\u6559\u82f1\u8bed\uff1a\u82f1\u56fd\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u7684\u5e38\u89c1\u8981\u6c42<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5927\u591a\u6570\u5728\u6cf0\u56fd\u6559\u82f1\u8bed\u7684\u82f1\u56fd\u516c\u6c11\u9700\u63d0\u4ea4\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">\u82f1\u56fd\u5b66\u4f4d\u8bc1\u4e66\uff08\u9664\u975e\u96c7\u4e3b\u53e6\u6709\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u4e13\u4e1a\u4e0d\u9650\uff09\uff0c<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">\u8ba4\u53ef\u7684\u82f1\u8bed\u6559\u5b66\u8d44\u683c\uff0c\u5982 TEFL\u3001TESOL \u6216 CELTA\uff0c<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">\u82f1\u56fd\u65e0\u72af\u7f6a\u8bb0\u5f55\u8bc1\u660e\uff08DBS \u6216 ACRO\uff0c\u7b7e\u53d1\u4e0d\u8d85\u8fc7\u516d\u4e2a\u6708\uff09\uff0c<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u6cf0\u56fd\u5b66\u6821\u6216\u5927\u5b66\u51fa\u5177\u7684\u6b63\u5f0f\u8058\u7528\u51fd\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">\u95ee\u9898\u901a\u5e38\u5e76\u975e\u8d44\u683c\u4e0d\u8db3\u3002\n\u6700\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u5931\u8d25\u70b9\u5728\u4e8e\u6587\u4ef6\u8ba4\u8bc1\u4e0e\u5408\u6cd5\u5316\u9636\u6bb5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure \u6b65\uff1a\u53d6\u5f97\u6559\u5b66\u6216\u5c31\u4e1a\u9080\u8bf7<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">\u9996\u5148\u9700\u83b7\u5f97\u6cf0\u56fd\u5b66\u6821\u3001\u5927\u5b66\u6216\u5177\u5907\u8058\u7528\u5916\u7c4d\u5458\u5de5\u8d44\u8d28\u7684\u96c7\u4e3b\u51fa\u5177\u7684\u6b63\u5f0f\u8058\u7528\u3002\n\u8be5\u96c7\u4e3b\u5c06\u5728\u4f60\u5165\u5883\u540e\u4e3a\u4f60\u62c5\u4fdd\u5de5\u4f5c\u8bb8\u53ef\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr \u6b65\uff1a\u51c6\u5907\u82f1\u56fd\u6587\u4ef6\uff08\u5173\u952e\u9636\u6bb5\uff09<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7528\u4e8e\u5728\u6cf0\u56fd\u6559\u82f1\u8bed\u7684\u82f1\u56fd\u6587\u4ef6\u901a\u5e38\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u62a4\u7167\uff08\u6709\u6548\u671f\u4e0d\u5c11\u4e8e\u516d\u4e2a\u6708\uff0c\u81f3\u5c11\u4e24\u9875\u7a7a\u767d\u9875\uff09\uff0c<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u5b66\u4f4d\u8bc1\u4e66\uff0c<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li \u65e0\u72af\u7f6a\u8bb0\u5f55\u8bc1\u660e\uff08\u7b7e\u53d1\u4e0d\u8d85\u8fc7\u516d\u4e2a\u6708\uff09\uff0c<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u6cf0\u56fd\u96c7\u4e3b\u51fa\u5177\u7684\u8058\u7528\u786e\u8ba4\u51fd\uff0c<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u82f1\u56fd\u5408\u6cd5\u5c45\u7559\u8bc1\u660e\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p \u6d77\u7259\u8ba4\u8bc1\uff08\u82f1\u56fd\uff09<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9488\u5bf9\u6cf0\u56fd\u7b7e\u8bc1\u4e0e\u5de5\u4f5c\u8bb8\u53ef\u7528\u9014\uff0c\u82f1\u56fd\u6587\u4ef6\u53ef\u80fd\u9700\u6309\u4ee5\u4e0b\u987a\u5e8f\u5904\u7406\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">\u5f8b\u5e08\u8ba4\u8bc1 \/
