class=\"translation-block\">\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u5c06\u82f1\u56fd\u5316\u5986\u54c1\u51fa\u53e3\u5230\u6d77\u5916\uff0c\u6700\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u8bef\u533a\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u4ee5\u4e3a\u4e00\u4efd\u771f\u5b9e\u7684\u82f1\u56fd\u81ea\u7531\u9500\u552e\u8bc1\u660e\uff08Certificate Sale\uff09\u5c31\u81ea\u52a8\u8db3\u591f\u7528\u4e8e\u6d77\u5916\u6ce8\u518c\u3001\u6e05\u5173\u3001\u7ecf\u9500\u5546\u51c6\u5165\u6216\u76d1\u7ba1\u7533\u62a5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u4e8b\u5b9e\u5f80\u5f80\u5e76\u975e\u5982\u6b64\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728\u5b9e\u9645\u64cd\u4f5c\u4e2d\uff0c\u5f80\u5f80\u6d89\u53ca\u51e0\u4e2a\u5f7c\u6b64\u72ec\u7acb\u7684\u95ee\u9898\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"translation-block\">\u81ea\u7531\u9500\u552e\u8bc1\u660e\uff08Certificate of Free Sale\uff0c\u7b80\u79f0 CFS\uff09\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u82f1\u56fd\u51fa\u53e3\u8f85\u52a9\u6587\u4ef6\uff0c\u7528\u4e8e\u5e2e\u52a9\u4f01\u4e1a\u8fdb\u5165\u67d0\u4e9b\u6d77\u5916\u5e02\u573a\u3002\u82f1\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u660e\u786e\u6307\u51fa\uff0cCFS \u5e76\u4e0d\u662f\u82f1\u56fd\u6807\u51c6\u51fa\u53e3\u7a0b\u5e8f\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u5728\u6d77\u5916\u5e02\u573a\u63d0\u51fa\u8981\u6c42\u65f6\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u7533\u8bf7\u53d6\u5f97\u7684\u6587\u4ef6\u3002\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u9700\u8981\u58f0\u660e\u76f8\u5173\u4ea7\u54c1\u7b26\u5408\u82f1\u56fd\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u6807\u51c6\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5316\u5986\u54c1\u51fa\u53e3\u5546\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u7b2c\u4e00\u70b9\u5173\u952e\u5c31\u5728\u8fd9\u91cc\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CFS \u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u5e02\u573a\u51c6\u5165\u6587\u4ef6\uff0c\u5e76\u4e0d\u662f\u4efb\u4f55\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u90fd\u4e00\u5f8b\u5fc5\u987b\u5177\u5907\u7684\u901a\u7528\u51fa\u53e3\u6587\u4ef6\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2026 \u5e74\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u53d8\u5316\uff1a\u90e8\u5206 CPTPP \u5e02\u573a\u4e2d\u7684\u8bb8\u591a\u5316\u5986\u54c1\u51fa\u53e3\uff0c\u5df2\u4e0d\u518d\u9700\u8981 CFS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8fd9\u4e00\u70b9\u81f3\u4eca\u4ecd\u88ab\u5f88\u591a\u51fa\u53e3\u5546\u5ffd\u7565\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">\u82f1\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u73b0\u884c\u6307\u5f15\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e0b\u56fd\u5bb6\u548c\u5730\u533a\u5728\u5316\u5986\u54c1\u7684\u9500\u552e\u3001\u5206\u9500\u6216\u4e0a\u5e02\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u5df2\u4e0d\u518d\u8981\u6c42\u63d0\u4f9b\u5316\u5986\u54c1\u81ea\u7531\u9500\u552e\u8bc1\u660e\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul \u4e5f\u5728\u5404\u56fd\u5e02\u573a\u6307\u5f15\u4e2d\u8bf4\u660e\uff0c\u5728\u65e5\u672c\u3001\u79d8\u9c81\u3001\u8d8a\u5357\u7b49\u5e02\u573a\uff0c\u7531\u82f1\u56fd\u6216\u5176\u4ed6 CPTPP \u6210\u5458\u56fd\u751f\u4ea7\u7684\u5316\u5986\u54c1\uff0c\u539f\u5219\u4e0a\u4e0d\u5e94\u518d\u88ab\u8981\u6c42\u63d0\u4f9b\u81ea\u7531\u9500\u552e\u8bc1\u660e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5728\u8003\u8651\u6d77\u7259\u8ba4\u8bc1\u6216\u4f7f\u9986\u8ba4\u8bc1\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u9996\u5148\u5e94\u8be5\u95ee\u7684\u662f\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u8fd9\u4e2a\u56fd\u5bb6\u73b0\u5728\u8fd8\u9700\u8981\u5316\u5986\u54c1 CFS \u5417\uff1f<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5148\u786e\u8ba4\u8fd9\u4e00\u70b9\uff0c\u5f80\u5f80\u5c31\u80fd\u8282\u7701\u5927\u91cf\u65f6\u95f4\u3001\u6210\u672c\u548c\u88ab\u9000\u4ef6\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u8c01\u8d1f\u8d23\u7b7e\u53d1\u82f1\u56fd CFS\uff1f<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u82f1\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u5177\u4f53\u7b7e\u53d1\u673a\u6784\u4f1a\u56e0\u51fa\u53e3\u8d27\u7269\u7c7b\u522b\u4e0d\u540c\u800c\u6709\u6240\u4e0d\u540c\u3002\u51fa\u53e3\u5546\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7\u82f1\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u51fa\u53e3\u8bc1\u4e66\u670d\u52a1\u63d0\u51fa\u7533\u8bf7\uff0cGOV.UK \u8bf4\u660e\u7533\u8bf7\u65f6\u901a\u5e38\u9700\u8981\u63d0\u4f9b\u4ea7\u54c1\u4fe1\u606f\u3001\u76ee\u7684\u5730\u56fd\u5bb6\u4fe1\u606f\u3001\u51fa\u53e3\u5546\u4fe1\u606f\u4ee5\u53ca\u76f8\u5173\u5408\u89c4\u8d44\u6599\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5316\u5986\u54c1\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u5b9e\u9645\u64cd\u4f5c\u4e2d\u901a\u5e38\u5e94\u901a\u8fc7\u82f1\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u5bf9\u5e94\u7684\u51fa\u53e3\u8bc1\u4e66\u7533\u8bf7\u6d41\u7a0b\u529e\u7406\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u628a CFS \u5355\u7eaf\u7406\u89e3\u4e3a\u4e00\u4efd\u540e\u7eed\u62ff\u53bb\u505a\u8ba4\u8bc1\u7684\u6587\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u82f1\u56fd\u5316\u5986\u54c1 CFS \u7684\u5e38\u89c1\u6d41\u7a0b<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5bf9\u5f88\u591a\u51fa\u53e3\u5546\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u91cd\u70b9\u5e76\u4e0d\u53ea\u662f\u62ff\u5230 CFS\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u5efa\u7acb\u4e00\u5957\u6700\u7ec8\u80fd\u591f\u88ab\u6d77\u5916\u63a5\u53d7\u7684\u6587\u4ef6\u5305\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e00\u4e2a\u5178\u578b\u6d41\u7a0b\u53ef\u80fd\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u5148\u786e\u8ba4\u76ee\u7684\u5730\u662f\u5426\u4ecd\u8981\u6c42\u5316\u5986\u54c1 CFS<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u5982\u4ecd\u9700\u8981\uff0c\u5219\u7533\u8bf7\u82f1\u56fd CFS<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u8bc4\u4f30\u8be5\u6587\u4ef6\u662f\u5426\u8fd8\u9700\u8981\u5f8b\u5e08\u8ba4\u8bc1<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u5982\u6709\u9700\u8981\uff0c\u529e\u7406 FCDO \u6d77\u7259\u8ba4\u8bc1 \/ \u5728\u529e\u7406\u6d77\u7259\u8ba4\u8bc1\u524d\uff0c\u662f\u5426\u9700\u8981\u5f8b\u5e08\u8ba4\u8bc1\uff1f<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u4e0d\u4e00\u5b9a\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">FCDO \u6cd5\u5f8b\u8ba4\u8bc1\u529e\u516c\u5ba4\u7684\u505a\u6cd5\uff0c\u662f\u6838\u5bf9\u6587\u4ef6\u4e0a\u7684\u7b7e\u5b57\u3001\u5370\u7ae0\u6216\u94a2\u5370\u662f\u5426\u4e0e\u5176\u5907\u6848\u8bb0\u5f55\u76f8\u7b26\u3002\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u4e5f\u5e94\u5148\u786e\u8ba4\u63a5\u6536\u65b9\u662f\u5426\u8981\u6c42\u6587\u4ef6\u5fc5\u987b\u7531\u82f1\u56fd\u516c\u8bc1\u4eba\u6216\u5f8b\u5e08\u7b7e\u7f72\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5bf9\u65b9\u8981\u6c42\u7684\u662f\u539f\u4ef6\u8fd8\u662f\u8ba4\u8bc1\u526f\u672c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8fd9\u5c31\u610f\u5473\u7740\uff0c\u5b9e\u9645\u4e0a\u6709\u4e24\u4e2a\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u95ee\u9898\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 \u7684\u5f62\u5f0f\uff0c\u662f\u5426\u9002\u5408\u8fdb\u5165\u6d77\u7259\u8ba4\u8bc1\u53ca\u6d77\u5916\u63a5\u53d7\u6d41\u7a0b\uff1f<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8fd9\u4e24\u4e2a\u95ee\u9898\u5e76\u4e0d\u76f8\u540c\u3002 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
