\u66fe\u5728\u591a\u5bb6\u77e5\u540d\u5f8b\u6240\u53ca\u4f01\u4e1a\u62c5\u4efb\u6cd5\u5f8b\u987e\u95ee\u53ca\u516c\u53f8\u6cd5\u52a1\u3002\u4ed6\u4eb2\u81ea\u628a\u5173\u94f6\u674f\u987e\u95ee\u7684\u6bcf\u4e00\u5b97\u6d77\u7259\u8ba4\u8bc1\u53ca\u6587\u4ef6\u5408\u6cd5\u5316\u6848\u4ef6\uff0c\u786e\u4fdd\u6d41\u7a0b\u4e00\u81f4\u3001\u51c6\u786e\uff0c\u5e76\u5b9e\u73b0\u7aef\u5230\u7aef\u7684\u8d28\u91cf\u63a7\u5236\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u5728\u53f0\u7063\u518d\u5a5a\u3001\u8fa6\u7406\u6236\u7c4d\u3001\u79fb\u6c11\u3001\u623f\u7522\u3001\u7e7c\u627f\u6216\u6cd5\u9662\u4e8b\u52d9\u6642\u4f7f\u7528\u60a8\u7684\u82f1\u570b Decree Absolute \u6216 Final Order<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u5728\u82f1\u683c\u862d\u6216\u5a01\u723e\u65af\u96e2\u5a5a\uff0c\u4e26\u9700\u8981\u5728\u53f0\u7063\u4f7f\u7528\u60a8\u7684\u96e2\u5a5a\u6587\u4ef6\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u4e0d\u53ea\u662f\u8fa6\u7406\u4e00\u500b\u7c21\u55ae\u7684\u82f1\u570b\u6d77\u7259\u8a8d\u8b49\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u53f0\u7063\u901a\u5e38\u8981\u6c42\u4e00\u5957\u5b8c\u6574\u7684\u6587\u4ef6\u8a8d\u8b49\u93c8\u3002\u5728\u5f88\u591a\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u60a8\u9700\u8981\u5148\u6b63\u78ba\u6e96\u5099\u82f1\u570b\u96e2\u5a5a\u6587\u4ef6\uff0c\u5728\u9700\u8981\u6642\u5b89\u6392\u5f8b\u5e2b\u6838\u9a57\u6216\u5f8b\u5e2b\u8a8d\u8b49\uff0c\u53d6\u5f97 FCDO \u7d19\u672c\u6d77\u7259\u8a8d\u8b49\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u518d\u5c07\u6587\u4ef6\u63d0\u4ea4\u81f3\u82f1\u570b\u6b63\u78ba\u7684\u53f0\u5317\u4ee3\u8868\u8655\u8fa6\u7406\u8a8d\u8b49\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u901a\u5e38\u6d41\u7a0b\u5982\u4e0b\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u82f1\u570b\u96e2\u5a5a\u6587\u4ef6 \u2192 \u5982\u6709\u9700\u8981\uff0c\u5148\u8fa6\u7406\u5f8b\u5e2b\u6838\u9a57\u6216\u8a8d\u8b49 \u2192 FCDO \u7d19\u672c\u6d77\u7259\u8a8d\u8b49 \u2192 \u53f0\u5317\u4ee3\u8868\u8655\u8a8d\u8b49 \u2192 \u5728\u53f0\u7063\u4f7f\u7528<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9280\u674f\u9867\u554f\u5354\u52a9\u5ba2\u6236\u6e96\u5099\u7528\u65bc\u53f0\u7063\u7684\u82f1\u570b\u96e2\u5a5a\u6587\u4ef6\u3002\u6211\u5011\u6703\u5be9\u95b1\u60a8\u7684 Decree Absolute \u6216 Final Order\uff0c\u5224\u65b7\u6587\u4ef6\u662f\u5426\u9700\u8981\u5f8b\u5e2b\u6838\u9a57\u6216\u5f8b\u5e2b\u8a8d\u8b49\uff0c\u5b89\u6392 FCDO \u7d19\u672c\u6d77\u7259\u8a8d\u8b49\uff0c\u4e26\u5354\u52a9\u8fa6\u7406\u53f0\u5317\u4ee3\u8868\u8655\u8a8d\u8b49\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u4ec0\u9ebc\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\u9700\u8981\u5728\u53f0\u7063\u4f7f\u7528\u82f1\u570b\u96e2\u5a5a\u6587\u4ef6\uff1f<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7576\u60a8\u8655\u7406\u518d\u5a5a\u3001\u6236\u7c4d\u767b\u8a18\u3001\u79fb\u6c11\u3001\u5c45\u7559\u3001\u623f\u7522\u3001\u7e7c\u627f\u3001\u9280\u884c\u3001\u6cd5\u9662\u7a0b\u5e8f\u6216\u5bb6\u5ead\u4e8b\u52d9\u6642\uff0c\u53f0\u7063\u6709\u95dc\u6a5f\u95dc\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u8981\u6c42\u60a8\u63d0\u4f9b\u96e2\u5a5a\u8b49\u660e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u60a8\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u56e0\u4ee5\u4e0b\u7528\u9014\u9700\u8981\u4e00\u4efd\u7d93\u8a8d\u8b49\u7684\u82f1\u570b\u96e2\u5a5a\u6587\u4ef6\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol Absolute \u6216 Final Order\uff0c\u60a8\u61c9\u5148\u78ba\u8a8d\u6b63\u78ba\u7684\u6587\u4ef6\u8a8d\u8b49\u8def\u5f91\uff0c\u518d\u63d0\u4ea4\u6587\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u61c9\u8a72\u4f7f\u7528\u54ea\u4e00\u7a2e\u82f1\u570b\u96e2\u5a5a\u6587\u4ef6\uff1f<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7528\u65bc\u53f0\u7063\u6642\uff0c\u60a8\u901a\u5e38\u9700\u8981\u63d0\u4f9b\u6700\u7d42\u6587\u4ef6\uff0c\u4ee5\u8b49\u660e\u5a5a\u59fb\u5df2\u5728\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4e0a\u6b63\u5f0f\u7d50\u675f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728\u82f1\u683c\u862d\u53ca\u5a01\u723e\u65af\uff0c\u9019\u901a\u5e38\u662f\u4ee5\u4e0b\u5169\u7a2e\u6587\u4ef6\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Decree Absolute<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Decree Absolute \u662f\u820a\u5236\u5ea6\u4e0b\u7684\u6700\u7d42\u96e2\u5a5a\u4ee4\u3002\u6cd5\u9662\u5728\u96e2\u5a5a\u6cd5\u6539\u9769\u524d\u4f7f\u7528\u9019\u500b\u540d\u7a31\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Final Order<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Final Order \u662f\u76ee\u524d\u7121\u904e\u932f\u96e2\u5a5a\u5236\u5ea6\u4e0b\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u6700\u7d42\u96e2\u5a5a\u4ee4\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9019\u5169\u7a2e\u6587\u4ef6\u90fd\u53ef\u4ee5\u8b49\u660e\u5a5a\u59fb\u5df2\u5728\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4e0a\u6b63\u5f0f\u7d50\u675f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u60a8\u901a\u5e38\u4e0d\u61c9\u53ea\u4f9d\u8cf4 Conditional Order\u3001Decree Nisi\u3001\u7533\u8acb\u8868\u3001\u6cd5\u9662\u96fb\u90f5\u6216\u622a\u5716\u3002\u53f0\u7063\u6709\u95dc\u6a5f\u95dc\u901a\u5e38\u9700\u8981\u6700\u7d42\u96e2\u5a5a\u6587\u4ef6\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u4e2d\u9593\u968e\u6bb5\u7684\u96e2\u5a5a\u6587\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u5df2\u7d93\u907a\u5931 Decree Absolute \u6216 Final Order\uff0c\u600e\u9ebc\u8fa6\uff1f<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u5df2\u7d93\u6c92\u6709\u82f1\u570b\u96e2\u5a5a\u6587\u4ef6\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u53ef\u4ee5\u8996\u60c5\u6cc1\u5354\u52a9\u60a8\u5411\u6cd5\u9662\u7533\u8acb\u526f\u672c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9019\u7a2e\u60c5\u6cc1\u5f88\u5e38\u898b\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u96e2\u5a5a\u5df2\u7d93\u662f\u591a\u5e74\u524d\u7684\u4e8b\u3001\u5ba2\u6236\u624b\u4e0a\u53ea\u6709\u820a\u6383\u63cf\u6a94\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u539f\u672c\u7684 Decree Absolute \u6216 Final Order \u5df2\u7d93\u907a\u5931\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5c0d\u65bc\u82f1\u683c\u862d\u53ca\u5a01\u723e\u65af\u7684\u96e2\u5a5a\u6848\u4ef6\uff0c\u6cd5\u9662\u6216 HMCTS \u53ef\u80fd\u53ef\u4ee5\u7c3d\u767c Decree Absolute \u6216 Final Order \u7684\u88dc\u767c\u526f\u672c\u3002\u5177\u9ad4\u7533\u8acb\u8def\u5f91\u53d6\u6c7a\u65bc\u96e2\u5a5a\u767c\u751f\u7684\u6642\u9593\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u7576\u5e74\u8655\u7406\u6848\u4ef6\u7684\u6cd5\u9662\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6cd5\u9662\u7c3d\u767c\u526f\u672c\u5f8c\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u53ef\u4ee5\u518d\u5be9\u95b1\u6587\u4ef6\uff0c\u4e26\u5c31\u6b63\u78ba\u7684\u53f0\u7063\u8a8d\u8b49\u8def\u5f91\u63d0\u4f9b\u5efa\u8b70\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7528\u65bc\u53f0\u7063\u6642\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u5f9e\u6b63\u5f0f\u7684\u6cd5\u9662\u7c3d\u767c\u526f\u672c\u958b\u59cb\uff0c\u6703\u6bd4\u4f7f\u7528\u622a\u5716\u3001\u975e\u6b63\u5f0f\u6383\u63cf\u6a94\u6216\u4e0d\u5b8c\u6574\u6587\u4ef6\u66f4\u7a69\u59a5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr
